Wholemeal Sicilian Maiorca flour
Sicilian Maiorca wheat is a variety of soft wheat, cultivated
organically and dried naturally in the warm Sicilian sun. No chemicals are used. The flour is stone-milled to preserve the wheat germ
and other nutritional properties of the wheat.
This gives BioRicchi products a subtle fragrance and delicious taste. Typical of wholemeal flour, the fibre content
also promotes regular intestinal health.
100% organic Extra Virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive (EVO) oil is an essential ingredient of the Mediterranean diet.

(*= organic ingredient). May contain traces of soya bean, sesame, eggs, milk, mustard, lupin beans and nuts. Keep in a cold and dry place.
